We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of large-scale industrial buildings and facilities. Your expertise in industrial design, construction management, and project coordination will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial structures
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct cost estimates and manage budgets for projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into design concepts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- In-depth knowledge of industrial design principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for candidates who require it.
