Personal Trainer for Health and Fitness Center in Khasab, Oman



We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our health and fitness center in Khasab, Oman. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients. You will also be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, monitoring client progress, and providing guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on client needs and goals
- Strong motivational skills to encourage clients to reach their fitness goals
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments with new clients to determine their current fitness levels and goals
- Design personalized workout plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one training sessions with clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Track client progress through regular measurements and adjustments to workout plans
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space for all clients
- Continuously educate yourself on the latest trends in health, fitness, and nutrition
