We are hiring a driven and detail-oriented Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process and ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will work closely with the merchandising team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and maintain inventory levels.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the merchandising process and ensure that products are displayed accurately and attractively
- Develop strategies to increase sales and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Train and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure they are meeting their goals and following company standards
- Monitor product placement in stores to ensure it aligns with company guidelines
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, purchasing, and logistics to ensure effective coordination of merchandise activities
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Communicate regularly with vendors to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of retail math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current market trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel for store visits as needed
