Administrator (Contract Position)
We are searching for a skilled Administrator to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian or Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills required
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking
- Must be able to provide own accommodation
