Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in Utena. You will work closely with a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the project is executed according to their specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing design concepts, reviewing drawings and plans, and providing guidance to the team throughout the entire project process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects, including design development, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for the project
- Work closely with architects and designers to develop innovative design concepts that meet client requirements
- Review drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and direction to the team throughout the project process
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Prepare progress reports for clients and present updates on project status during meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals.
- Proficient in computer aided design (CAD) software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1600$ per month based on qualifications and experience.
