Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and construction of buildings and other structures. You will work with a team of architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations and standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in architecture, project management, and communication.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of architects and engineers in the planning, design, and construction of various projects
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Review architectural designs to ensure they meet client requirements and are feasible within the given budget
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Oversee the bidding process for contractors and select the most suitable ones for each project
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is being carried out according to plans
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on career development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a related field
- Proven experience managing large-scale architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Utena (remote work may be considered)
