Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Your main goal will be to attract and retain corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators. You must have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to build strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. Preference will be given to Indian candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and cold calling
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications
