Job Title: Barista - Coffee Specialist (Oslo, Norway)


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Barista - Coffee Specialist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As the Barista - Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You must have prior experience working as a barista and possess knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Ensure consistent quality by following proper brewing techniques and measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Stay updated on current trends in the coffee industry and make suggestions for new menu items or promotions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, etc.
- Familiarity with latte art techniques is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel within Europe
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
