Head Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who have experience in English-speaking environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious baked goods, as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the bakery team, including hiring and training new staff
- Create and maintain baking recipes, ensuring consistent quality and flavor
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to develop new products or special orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Manage budget for ingredients, labor, and other expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional baker, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and make adjustments as needed
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are completed on schedule
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead the bakery team and communicate with other departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in high temperatures

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
