IT Support Specialist


We are a leading technology company in Moscow, looking for a skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. As our IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for various devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install and configure software applications as needed
- Set up user accounts and permissions for network access
- Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are functioning properly
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep track of all support requests and maintain accurate records of resolutions
- Stay updated on new technologies and provide recommendations for improving our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an IT support role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Good understanding of network infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
