Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of carpenters and ensure they are meeting project deadlines and adhering to safety protocols
- Train new carpenters on company procedures and techniques
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize work schedules for the carpentry team
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed for projects
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and make necessary adjustments to project plans as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is preferred

Salary:
