Junior Commercial Architect - Vianden, Luxembourg


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work on a variety of projects, ranging from retail spaces to office buildings, and be responsible for the design and development of commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Research materials and products to meet project budget and sustainability goals
- Prepare presentations for clients to communicate design concepts effectively
- Work with contractors and vendors to ensure project execution meets design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture, preferably in retail or office spaces
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and sustainability practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in French/German is a plus)

Salary: 1300$
