Indian Concierge in Nairobi


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Indian Concierge to join our team in Nairobi. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or tours
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of $900 per month with the potential for increase based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the temporary position.
