Construction Manager - Muscat, Oman


We are a leading construction company in Muscat, Oman and we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Monitor progress and quality of work throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and approve subcontractor bids, contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, codes, and standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Canadian or Nepali nationality preferred
