Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant including food quality, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Create schedules for staff and oversee their performance to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to maintain high levels of customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when needed
- Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position will be 1500$ per month.

This job is located in Ashdod, Israel.
