Solar Installer
As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems in residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to provide clean and renewable energy solutions to our clients in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting site assessments to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Installing solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment according to safety standards
- Connecting solar panels to electrical systems and ensuring proper functionality
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Performing regular maintenance checks on existing solar panel systems
- Following all safety procedures and regulations while working on roofs and heights
- Communicating with clients about the installation process and answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining accurate records of all installations and maintenance performed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or similar field preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to work with electrical equipment
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve lifting heavy equipment or materials
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work permit or willingness to obtain visa sponsorship
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and training opportunities may be provided.
