Entry-Level Solar Installer

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Solar Installers in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist in the installation of solar panels and equipment for residential and commercial properties. No prior experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels, racking systems, and other equipment
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn about solar technology and installation techniques through on-the-job training

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon (own visa preferred)
- Able to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
