Barista for a Coffee Shop in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Ufa, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve maintaining the cleanliness of the café and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Maintain the cleanliness of the café, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service at all times
