Body Repair Master


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Akron. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week, and no English language skills are required. Accommodation will not be provided, so we are looking for local candidates who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs
- Repair or replace damaged body parts using appropriate tools and techniques
- Straighten bent frames and ensure proper alignment
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections
- Apply primer, paint, and other finishing touches
- Communicate with customers to discuss repair options and provide estimates
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from an accredited automotive training program is a plus
- Experience working with luxury or high-end vehicles is highly desirable
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
