Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Karachi. This is a contract position that does not require prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates. The selected candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are functioning properly. This position also includes accommodation for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and efficient technical support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Educate customers on proper use of equipment and software
- Document all support activities in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and propose solutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Karachi.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months.
