Junior Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Developer to join our growing team in Bergen. As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of our software products, as well as working on new projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and maintenance of software products
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency

- Contribute ideas for improving processes and products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of experience in software development or programming
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular)
- Passion for learning new technologies and eagerness to take on new challenges
