Teamlead Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Teamlead Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure high-quality work output
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary coaching or support
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and resources as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Monte-Carlo if not already located in the area
