Part-time Commercial Architect in Fonvieille


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. This position requires someone with previous experience in commercial architecture and strong design skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Communicate regularly with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month for part-time work.
