Part-time Office Assistant - Akron, USA
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Akron. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and assisting with daily tasks. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when needed
- Organizing and scheduling appointments or meetings
- Assisting with preparation of documents, presentations, and reports
- Responding to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by the office manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
This position offers a salary of $1000 per month for 20 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible depending on your availability. This position does not require English language proficiency or accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
