Administrative Assistant - Mauren, Africa
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team in Mauren, Africa. Your primary responsibilities will include managing office tasks, organizing and maintaining files and records, and coordinating meetings and appointments. You will also be responsible for managing correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings/appointments for team members
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to attendees
- Maintain files and records both physically and electronically
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of basic office procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with online calendars/scheduling tools
Salary: $1500 per month
