Experienced Roofer

We are hiring an experienced roofer to join our team in Lisbon. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your primary duty will be to ensure that roofs are waterproof, weatherproof, and properly insulated. You will also be expected to work on different types of roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in roofing and a deep understanding of building codes and safety regulations. You must also have excellent physical stamina as this job involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires climbing ladders and scaffolding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage or defects
- Measure roof dimensions to determine materials needed
- Install new roofs or repair existing ones
- Apply waterproofing coatings or sealants
- Replace damaged shingles, tiles, or metal panels
- Ensure proper ventilation and insulation
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
