Instrument Technician - Contract Position

We are currently hiring an experienced Instrument Technician for a contract position in Nairobi. This role is open to Indian and Nepali nationals who are fluent in English and have experience working with various instruments such as gauges, transmitters, and controllers.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments used in industrial processes
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Diagnose and resolve any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs conducted on instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient operation of instruments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with a variety of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, level sensors, etc.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English

This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. However, visa sponsorship will be offered for the selected candidate. Freshers with relevant education or training may also be considered for this role.
