Commercial Architect

We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay updated on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow (visa sponsorship available)

Preference given to Indian nationals.

This is an English speaking job. Russian language skills are not required but would be considered a plus.
