Waiter/Waitress in Sheduva, Pakistan



Our restaurant in Sheduva, Pakistan is seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any special requests or complaints from guests with professionalism
- Process payments and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant setting preferred
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively to guest requests
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. Tips are also shared among all staff members.

Visa:
Applicants must have their own valid visa for employment in Pakistan.
