Quality Assurance Tester

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software and applications through thorough testing and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues, as well as suggest improvements to enhance the user experience. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying potential problems and providing solutions. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software and applications
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues
- Develop test plans and strategies
- Collaborate with development team to troubleshoot problems
- Suggest improvements for user experience
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before release

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance role
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium or JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (open to all nationalities)

Employment Type: Full-time (no accommodation provided)
