Full-Time Babysitter in Akron, USA


We are hiring a full-time babysitter to provide childcare services for a family in Akron, USA. As a babysitter, you will be responsible for supervising and caring for children aged 2 to 5 years old. Your main duties will include feeding, bathing, playing with the children, and putting them to bed. You will also need to maintain a safe and clean environment for the children at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a babysitter or nanny
- Fluent in English
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- Able to work full-time without accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Engage in age-appropriate activities such as reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, etc.
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Administer medication if necessary
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities and progress
- Ensure that all toys and equipment are clean and safe for use
- Follow the family's rules and routines regarding discipline, screen time, etc.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Patient, caring, and responsible attitude towards children
- Ability to multitask and handle emergencies calmly
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The exact working hours will be discussed during the interview.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
