Babysitter for Filipino and Foreign Children in Akron


We are in need of a reliable and experienced Babysitter to join our team in Akron. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing quality care and supervision for children of Filipino and foreign nationalities. Your main duties will include creating a safe and nurturing environment, preparing meals and snacks, engaging in educational activities, and maintaining open communication with parents. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children and has experience in childcare.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children
- Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
- Engage in educational activities such as reading, arts and crafts, or outdoor play
- Ensure the safety of children at all times
- Maintain open communication with parents about their child's well-being
- Keep records of daily activities and any concerns or incidents that may arise
- Follow the family's rules and routines to provide consistency for the children

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Babysitter or in a similar role is required
- Must be patient, caring, responsible, and trustworthy
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility with work hours including weekends
- Basic understanding of child development
- Fluent in English (Filipino language proficiency is an advantage)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Akron.

Note:
This job is open to both Filipinos living in Akron or those seeking employment from abroad. No English proficiency is required but the ability to communicate effectively with the children is important. We are looking for someone who has experience working with young children as well as patience, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
