Body Repair Master



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Malindi. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damage to various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Perform body work, such as panel replacement, dent repair, and painting
- Repair or replace damaged mechanical components, such as engines and transmissions
- Install new parts and accessories on vehicles
- Ensure all repairs are completed to high quality standards and within specified time frames
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on vehicles
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs needed and provide cost estimates

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in body repair work
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair techniques
- Ability to use various tools and equipment for body work and mechanical repairs
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality workmanship
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with vehicles
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or degree in automotive technology or related field
- Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Bilingual in English and another language (Hindi preferred)
- Experience working in a contract or freelance capacity
