Seasonal Concierge in Multan


We are currently hiring for a seasonal Concierge to join our team in Multan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests during their stay. This is a perfect opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Make reservations and bookings for guests upon request
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to assist guests with inquiries
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Visa and Travel:
This position includes visa sponsorship and a free ticket to Multan for the duration of the seasonal contract.
