Concierge Assistant

We are hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team in Multan. As a Concierge Assistant, you will assist the Concierge in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guest needs are met. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Book reservations for guests as requested
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
