Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Gujrat. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company's network and computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Conduct regular maintenance to ensure network security and stability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email addresses, and file sharing
- Perform regular backups of critical data to ensure data integrity
- Install and configure new servers, workstations, printers, and other hardware devices
- Provide technical support to employees for any IT-related issues or questions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in order to make recommendations for improving the company's network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, routing protocols, etc.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience in managing Windows Server environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical employees

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position. We welcome candidates without prior experience in this field who are eager to learn. However, candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
