Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, implementing cost-effective solutions, and ensuring quality control. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will use your strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions that increase productivity and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for conducting time studies and utilizing data to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, Six Sigma methodologies, and project management is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are also essential.

Salary: $1300 per month (with potential for increase based on performance)
