Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial processes and systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring efficient use of resources. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop strategies to optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Analyze data and present recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Work closely with other teams such as operations, maintenance, and quality assurance to implement process improvements
- Monitor production performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in process improvement or industrial engineering preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1500$
City: Ar-Ruwais (Indian applicants preferred)
