Waiter/Waitress - Malayalee Cuisine (Hawalli, Kuwait)

We are seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a popular Malayalee restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of guests dining at our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area throughout the shift
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed
- Handle payment transactions accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred
- Must have knowledge of Malayalee cuisine
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 USD per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
