Typesetter

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Mauren. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for various print and digital publications. Your main goal will be to ensure that the final product is visually appealing and easy to read.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format and arrange text and images according to design specifications
- Check for accuracy of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality final product
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements related to typesetting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, and design principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and make necessary changes accordingly

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mauren (open to non-natives with valid biometric passport)
