Concierge Coordinator


Our luxury hotel in Salalah is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Concierge Coordinator to join our team. As the Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating various services and activities for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other events
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to assist guests with any requests
- Coordinate special requests such as room decorations or special amenities for guests celebrating occasions
- Keep track of guest preferences and maintain a database to ensure personalized service during future stays
- Assist with organizing events or conferences held at the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Familiarity with the local area and its attractions is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1700$ per month
