Experienced Baker

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Karachi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa and women applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, or toppings
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial kitchen setting
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, sugars, and other baking ingredients
- Familiarity with various baking techniques including kneading, proofing, shaping, and glazing
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also being creative when necessary
- Strong attention to detail to achieve consistent results in taste and appearance
- Physically fit to handle long hours of standing and lifting heavy trays or bags of flour
- Good time management skills for efficient production during busy periods
- A positive attitude towards working in a team environment

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Karachi
