Concierge Specialist


As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents in Dubai. Your main duties will include arranging reservations, providing recommendations for local attractions and events, and assisting with any special requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge about the city and its offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

Salary: Starting at 1200$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

City: Dubai

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local attractions and events in Dubai is an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents with a warm welcome upon arrival.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, events, transportation options, etc.
- Make reservations for guests as requested (restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, etc.)
- Handle any special requests or inquiries from guests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
- Keep up-to-date with current events and activities happening in Dubai to provide accurate recommendations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty.
