We are in need of a hardworking and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your main duties will include washing dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking tools by hand or using industrial dishwashers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using industrial dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff
- Empty trash bins regularly and maintain a clean work area
- Operate and maintain dishwasher equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or preparing ingredients
- Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
