Contract Painter - La-Condamine, Monaco

We are currently hiring a skilled Contract Painter to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Contract Painter, you will be responsible for performing painting duties on various projects, including residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming
- Mix and match paint to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure neat and clean work area at all times
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear while working
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Complete projects within given time constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of painting materials and techniques
- Ability to match colors and textures accurately
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract position based in La-Condamine, Monaco.

Accommodation:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in La-Condamine or surrounding areas.
