A reputable retail company in Manama is seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive product displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the overall success of our store's visual merchandising. This role requires a creative eye and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or surpluses to management
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's displays to maintain a competitive edge
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and adjust displays accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise areas
- Train and supervise store staff on visual merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Creative eye for design and knowledge of current fashion trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to relocate to Manama, Bahrain if not already located there
