Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Herzliya. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing functional and efficient industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop innovative design solutions that meet their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Develop preliminary designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods for industrial buildings
- Strong design skills with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Herzliya. The salary for this position is $1400 per month. This position is suitable for men who are Indian or Malayalee nationals. It does not include accommodation; therefore own visa is required.
