Industrial Architect - Design and Construction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Herzliya. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This includes conducting site evaluations, developing design plans, and coordinating with contractors and engineers to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations to assess potential locations for industrial buildings
- Develop design plans that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of clients
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure that construction is completed according to plans and specifications
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya
