Formworker Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of formworkers on construction sites. You will ensure that forms for concrete structures are properly set up, aligned and secured according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of formworkers on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements
- Ensure all forms are properly set up, aligned and secured before concrete pouring
- Inspect completed forms to ensure they meet quality standards
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques for setting up forms
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Formworker or related role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of formwork materials, tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. The exact salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.
