We are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, customer service, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guests are satisfied with their experience
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials that appeal to customers
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Prior experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
